Q: Tell me basically what it is about?

A: This boy named Carlos, he really likes this girl named Roxy. And to impress her he gets a make over by a gay boy at his school named Sal. And it really works and he ends up learning how to talk to people, and open up, and really trust people because of Sal. But in return for the make over Sal wants Carlos to help him start a GSA at their school. He helps him, it is him and some other kids that starts it.  But he skips out on one of the meetings that was really important to go hook up with Roxy. And then the next day Sal asks what happens, and Carlos lies to him, and then Sal finds out what really happened and stops talking to him.

Q: Would you recommend this book to a friend?

A: Yes, I did.

Q: What would you say are some of the themes?

A: Friendship, understanding, kind of a love story

Q: Who do you think would be interested in this book?

A: teenagers, 14 to 16,
